Blur Case

Today is the last day to made payment for examination fees. Unfortunately me and my friends failed to pay today because we thought the due date is on this coming friday. We haven't ask our parents to prepare bank draft and therefore we all have to pay another amount for penalty for late payment. Argh...!!Hate that...haiz!!
